Our buyers are kept informed during the various stages of construction. We also assign a dedicated facility management team to oversee post-possession support for the customers.

Visionary Approach
The ideology behind designing beautifully landscaped gardens for every project is to provide the residents with healthy surroundings, thereby enhancing their lifestyle. In 2001 we unveiled, Mohan Park, a development that is surrounded by luscious greenery, modern amenities bus facilities and a temple; a first in Kalyan.
We raised the standard of life in Kalyan by creating the first high-rise tower of 12 storey — Mohan Heights— in 2007. To date, Mohan Heights is the first and only project to have a swimming pool, gardens, clubhouse and children’s play park at the podium level in Kalyan.
Later, we also elevated the first 18-storey-high towers, Mohan Pride, which is one of the most lauded projects to have been erected in Kalyan.
For the Group, our customers are our number one priority. By providing hi-tech security systems, we were the first developers in Kalyan to ensure the safety of our residents.
By developing one of the biggest residential townships, comprising 38 towers spread across 12,00,000 sq. ft. the Group is bringing Badlapur to a competitive level in terms of real estate.
Maahesh Mohan Group is the developmental pioneer in the belt of Kalyan, Ambernath and Badlapur; we were the first to take the initiative to provide landscaping in all of our projects.
